Permanent Mold Casting
PIAD focuses on manufacturing molds made of elemental metals rather than sand. This provides customers opportunities to increase performance and reduce cycle times. Among other characteristics, our materials and method produce refined grain structure, excellent heat and electric conductivity, superior castability and more.
Casting Conversions
Now a pivotal piece of our business strategy, casting conversion refers to utilizing PIAD's Chill Cast Process to reduce or eliminate secondary manufacturing operations. By doing this, PIAD can significantly impact your supply chain by reducing lead times and saving costs.
